I would like to make my appreciation known for the wonderful job of selling my house that Blair has done. From start to finish he was very informative and kept in touch with me regularly and gave his advice freely when I asked for it. He managed to do his job without disturbing my peace too much and only brought buyers during the week that could not come to the Sunday open homes. We worked on several offers over the 4 weeks of marketing, each offer being better than the previous until we reached an acceptable agreement. We’d like to say a huge ‘Thank you’ to Blair for making what is usually a stressful and difficult process, easy and (dare I say it) even enjoyable! Right from the start we were impressed with Blair’s prompt response to our initial request for an appraisal on our house, and with the proposal, particularly in comparison with the other agencies that we also contacted. We felt confident that he had an excellent understanding of the market as well as being able to draw on a large existing database of potential buyers.
